1. General Terms

1.1. These terms apply to legal relationships arising between the customer (hereinafter Customer) and BFL COMPANY OÜ (hereinafter Seller), the owner of the online shop located at the internet address www.battleforlife.ee (hereinafter E-shop), in connection with the purchase of products from the E-shop. In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the E-shop are governed by legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The Seller may change the terms of use of the E-shop and product prices. Changes will be announced on the www.battleforlife.ee website. The terms in force at the time of the transaction apply to the transaction.

1.4. All photos and texts on the website are protected by copyright, which belongs to BFL COMPANY OÜ. Copying and use without permission is prohibited.

2. Prices

2.1. All prices are in euros.

2.2. Prices may differ from other sales channels and are visible only in the E-shop.

3. Products

3.1. Product availability is not guaranteed.

3.2. If an ordered product cannot be delivered, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

3.3. Product photos are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.

4. Placing an order

4.1–4.8. The Customer adds a product to the shopping cart, enters their details, pays with the selected payment method, and receives an order confirmation by e-mail. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the data is suspicious or contrary to good practice.

5. Payment methods

5.1. The order can be paid for by:

• Bank transfer

• Pay at the bank

• Card payment

  5.2. Payment takes place outside the E-shop, in the secure environment of the service providers.

  5.3. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank details.

6. Return and exchange of orders

6.1–6.6. The Customer has the right to return or exchange a product within 30 days. To make a return, an e-mail must be sent to info@battleforlife.ee. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its tags attached. The money will be refunded within 14 days to the same account from which the payment was made.

7. Filing of Claims

7.1–7.9. Products are subject to a 2-year right to file claims. Problems must be reported within 2 months of discovery. The Seller is not liable if the damage results from improper use, natural wear and tear, or if there is no proof of purchase.

8. Liability

8.1–8.3. The Seller and the Customer are liable for breach of their obligations to the extent provided by law. The Seller's liability is limited to the price of the product.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1–9.5. The Seller processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws, only for fulfilling orders and sending information where the Customer has given consent. Payment information is securely encrypted and is not visible to the Seller.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

10.1–10.4. Acceptance of the terms takes place when the purchase is confirmed. The Seller has the right to change the terms and prices. A price displayed in error due to a technical fault is not valid.

11. Other Terms

11.1–11.2. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or via consumer protection authorities. The consumer has the right to contact the consumer disputes committee or the court.
