1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relationships arising between the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) and BFL COMPANY OÜ (hereinafter the “Seller”), the owner of the online store located at www.battleforlife.ee (hereinafter the “Online Store”), in connection with the purchase of products from the Online Store. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the Online Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The Seller may amend the terms of use of the online store and product prices. Any changes will be announced on the website www.battleforlife.ee. The terms in effect at the time of the transaction shall apply to the transaction.

1.4. All photos and text on this page are protected by copyright, which is owned by BFL COMPANY OÜ. Unauthorized copying and use are prohibited.

2. Prices

2.1. All prices are in euros.

2.2. Prices may differ from those in other sales channels and are only visible in the online store.

3. Products

3.1. Product availability is not guaranteed.

3.2. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

3.3. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

4. Making a Purchase

4.1–4.8. The customer adds the product to the shopping cart, fills in the required information, pays using the selected payment method, and receives an order confirmation via email. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the information is questionable or contrary to good business practices.

5. Payment Methods

5.1. You can pay for your order:

  5.2. Payment is processed outside the online store in a secure environment provided by the service provider.

  5.3. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank details.

6. Order Returns and Exchanges

6.1–6.6. The customer has the right to return or exchange a product within 30 days. To return an item, please send an email to info@battleforlife.ee. The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. A refund will be issued within 14 days to the same account used for payment.

7. Filing Claims

7.1–7.9. Products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Any defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. The seller is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or in the absence of a proof of purchase.

8. Liability

8.1–8.3. The Seller and the Customer are liable for any breach of their obligations to the extent provided by law. The Seller’s liability is limited to the price of the product.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1–9.5. The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable laws, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing information, provided the Customer has given their consent. Payment information is securely encrypted and is not visible to the Seller.

10. Changes to the Terms of Use

10.1–10.4. Acceptance of these terms and conditions occurs upon confirmation of the purchase. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and prices. Any price displayed in error due to a technical glitch is not valid.

11. Other Terms and Conditions

11.1–11.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or through consumer protection channels. The consumer has the right to appeal to the commission or to a court.
